Tournament schedule is tentative.
Practice will be held two evenings per week and a 3rd on Saturday or Sunday in the pre-season and will taper off after mid-February. Practices will be 1.5 - 2 hours long and will be located at facilities around the Fairfax/Springfield/Burke area.
National team fees include one-on-one, volleyball-specific, strength and performance training twice a week for each player from SAPT. This is our sixth year of partnership with SAPT and year after year our athletes have seen tremendous results in their endurance, strength, and vertical jump. SAPT owner, Sarah Walls, is the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Washington Mystics WNBA team and will be our trainer this season.
