Volleyball skills learned at a young age dictate a player’s future success. Learning correct ball handling and footwork are most critical at this early age. For the 13 National team, we will take it to the next level. We will solidify strong ball handling and proper footwork, then we will transition to team volleyball strategy from a defensive and offensive perspective. Winning and competing at a high level will a high priority.

Practice will be held two evenings per week and a 3rd on Saturday or Sunday in the pre-season and will taper off after mid-February. Practices will be 1.5 - 2 hours long and will be located at facilities around the Fairfax/Springfield/Burke area.
