To foster the development of player skills, volleyball IQ, teamwork, leadership, sportsmanship, and the love for the game. We strive to develop the athlete as a whole rather than focus on winning as the sole benchmark. Volleyball at the 14U level is preparation for the next level which in most cases is high school. Our goal is preparing players to make either their junior varsity or varsity high school team.
