Coaching Philosophy: We strive to foster an environment where players learn and practice the importance of giving their best, on and off the court, and that it takes hard work and commitment to follow one’s passion(s).  This includes teaching players to provide support and encouragement to individuals they encounter throughout life, especially when it comes to making a positive contribution as a team member and creating a positive bond with their fellow teammates.  We want players to improve their athletic abilities and to learn the mental and physical aspects of playing volleyball.  We believe that being competitive and having fun go hand-in-hand and want our players to enjoy volleyball and being part of a team.
