Practices
March through May practices may fluctuate due to school events and gym closures.
TUESDAYS - 7:30-9:30 pm at Kings Glen Elementary School, 5401 Danbury Forest Dr., Springfield, VA 22151
THURSDAYS - 5:30-7:30 pm at Kings Glen Elementary School
Additional practices as needed and space is available.
SAPT - all athletes schedule independently
TEAM PHILOSOPHY
Our coaches will take every opportunity to help athletes improve as volleyball players and teammates. We will focus on building a strong foundation of skills, individual accountability and team cohesiveness in every practice and tournament. Coaches will encourage development of volleyball strategy from a defensive and offensive perspective. We will progress to running a dynamic offense utilizing the strengths of our players. Competing at a high level and mastery of skills will be the priorities.
