Volleyball skills learned at a young age dictate a player’s future success. Learning correct ball handling and footwork are most critical at this early age. For the 14 American team, we will work on ball handling and proper footwork in game situation. By the end of the season, we will transition to team volleyball strategy from a defensive and offensive perspective.

Practice will be held two evenings per week and a 3rd on Saturday or Sunday in the pre-season and will taper off after mid-February. Practices will be 1.5 - 2 hours long and will be located at facilities around the Fairfax/Springfield/Burke area.
